I have taken Mathematics classes in primary, middle, and high school in Poland. When studying abroad in the USA I also took a Precalculus class. Studying, now, at Leiden University College I have also completed a Statistics course. I have learned a variety of topics in mathematics, whether it would be fractions, basic multiplications, divisions, graphs, quadratic equations, and many more. During my final year of high school, taking the International Baccalaureate Program and Mathematics Analysis and Approaches Standard Level, I received a 6 on the final exam. I would be able to tutor in preparation for exams, school work, basic comprehension, or better understanding of topics, or if one wants to expand their knowledge beyond what is required at school.

Even though Mathematics can be logical and intuitive, at times it is also very complex and requires a lot of training to comprehend it. I believe teaching through practice is the best way to learn. Repetition is key to learning effectively, this way we may memorize the acquired knowledge for longer and successfully become more comfortable in mathematics.

I would also like to add that I lived in New Zealand for 6 years, and I am fluent in English.

I realized that taking the International Baccalaureate Programme (IB) during High School, not only prepared me for university but also equipped me with research and analysis skills, allowing me to be a better professional in the future. English Tutoring Classes - Literature, Discussions, Learning, Expansion Of Knowledge Beyond What Is Required At School

I grew up in New Zealand and lived there for 6 years. Additionally, I received a one-year scholarship to study in the USA, which means I speak English as good as a native speaker. I have taken English classes in primary, middle, and high school. I have also taken English Literature classes and Presentation Speaking classes in English. During my final year of high school, taking the International Baccalaureate Program and English B at Higher Level, I received a 7 (highest grade) on my final oral exam and a 7 on my final written exam. I am able to tutor in holding conversations, meaning learning through having discussions with a native speaker. I may also teach literature, the analysis of texts, prepare for exams such as International Baccalaureate, SAT, or basic standardized testing.

I believe English is the international language of the world and is a basic tool of the 21st century. However, at times, it may seem complex. I believe teaching through having discussions is the best way to learn. I would prepare structured classes that would enable you to learn effectively and repeat the previously acquired knowledge in order to memorize it and successfully become more fluent and comfortable in the language.

Sciences can be challenging and abstract, but they have endless applications and help us to have a better understanding of the world we live in. I am Lorenzo, an Italian guy studying International Studies in The Hague.
I graduated last year in an Italian high school in Castelfranco Veneto, my hometown.
The school I went to was a “Liceo Scientifico”, characterized for giving an accurate and complete preparation in scientific subjects such as Maths and Physics as well as more humanistic disciplines, for example Latin, Italian literature, Art and Philosophy.
Two years ago I lived for a year in Chile through an exchange program that gave me the chance to study for a year in South America. By staying there I had the opportunity to learn to speak fluently Spanish and to develop a deep interest for South American (especially Chilean) folklore, culture and art.

Struggling with Probability and Statistics? I have been there as a student/tutor and I can give you some guidelines and tricks to overcome it and hopefully to even enjoy it. I am Industrial Engineer and Industrial Engineer, and I did my MSc in the IHE Institute for Water Education in Delft. Besides research, I have had experience as a tutor in my former University and also with High School students.

I am passionate about teaching and my pedagogic focus is significative learning. That is to go beyond formulas and try to understand clearly and consciously the purpose of a particular topic. I grew up in-between Mexico and the Netherlands and completed a bilingual education in English and Spanish. I passed my GCSE examinations after Grade 10 and attained a final score of 42/45 points in the IB in 2021. After graduating from a United World College, I move to The Hague to study at Leiden University, where I obtained a BA in International Law (summa cum laude).

I started tutoring at 14, but only began doing it regularly four years later at the IB level. My professional experience has also included college-level student assistantships. My approach to learning is influenced by my own diverse background. I have studied under different systems in the Mexico, the Netherlands and France, which allowed me to experiment with various learning methods and discover what works and what doesn't. When it comes to the IB, I especially understand how to structure written assignments (including IAs, TOK essay and the EE) and have several tips to achieve the highest results.

TU Delft is Europe's most prestigious university for aerospace studies, preparing some of the best engineers. However the selection procedure is tough and demanding, and only those prepared have a chance to succeed.

As a TU Delft student, I know from first hand how stressfull this process is, and can therefore help you succeed in the preparation of these exams. I have previous experience as a tutor back in high school, helping students improve their grades from Cs to As.

Moreover, I have an extensive knowledge on the subjects tested on these exams, having taken them myself, completed the courses at university with excellent grades and teaching over 10 students for the entrance exam.

Throughout the class, I will use a presentation to explain the main concepts of each exam (Maths, Physics and Aerospace Engineering), focusing on those subjects the student is struggling with most.
