I am a native Spanish teacher who is looking forward to helping you with your Spanish. If you always wanted to learn this amazing language, this is the best opportunity to do it. Join my practical and entertaining classes and see how fast you start to understand and speak Spanish.

My classes are focused on Grammar and Speaking. I usually work with my own materials and books, and I provide my students with texts, videos, slides, etc. After every class, I send an email with our last lesson so that they can keep studding by themselves. I also offer extra support by Whatsapp (questions, pronunciation, etc).

I have experience giving lessons to University students, adults, travelers, families moving to a Spanish speaking country, people learning Spanish for work (flight assistants, business managers, etc)... No matter what is your reason for learning Spanish, my lessons are always adapted to your needs.

One to one lessons: I offer face to face and online lessons (one to one). In both cases, the content is exactly the same.
Group lessons:
Conversation lessons: for intermediate and advance students, I also offer Conversation classes (one to one and groups).

Since every student is unique, I always love to hear from you and know why you want to study Spanish before starting our lessons.

I love being a Spanish teacher and sharing my culture with others. I really enjoy showing Spain and Latin America to my students and sharing tips with them, specially when they are going to visit my country. I think learning a new language is much more than memorizing words and rules. It is about learning to appreciate other cultures and traditions.
Every day I teach new things to my students, but I also learn a lot from them, and that is probably one of the most beautiful aspects of my job. Since I see some of my students quite often, they are an important part of my life and I really enjoy sharing with them our every day life, jokes, etc. when the class is over.
I am from Madrid, Spain, but some years ago I moved to the Netherlands with my husband. We love living here, and our first son was born here. In my leisure time I enjoy reading, writing about travel and Spanish culture on my blog and dinning out.

If you want to learn Spanish or improve your Spanish, I may be the right teacher for you. I offer lessons that are fun, interactive, and based on what my students need and want to learn. I do this through a variety of activities to help you build your skills step by step; including role-playing games (based on real-life situations), Q&A's and games. ¡The goal is to keep you talking! The lessons are mainly given in Spanish, so you can learn and practice as much Spanish as possible during the lesson. Don't worry about making mistakes; By making mistakes and learning from them, you even become better. Repetition is an important part of my lessons. I often go back to check if you remember what was introduced in previous lessons.

Before we start our lessons, I want to know your reasons for learning Spanish. If you already have some knowledge of Spanish, I will determine your exact level. Once I know your needs, interests, and level, I can select the right materials and design the right course for you.
I find it better to work with a textbook to give structure to the lessons. I also use videos, slides, worksheets, and other teaching materials. If you like, I can also email you exercises and resources so you can continue learning independently.

Hola everyone!
I have always been passionate about arts, culture, people, and traveling, and through my communicative experiences interacting with different people in different languages around the world, I have understood the essential needs when it comes to language acquisition. That is why my method is a compilation of the traditional usage of books, texts, audios, and short films, combined with PowerPoint presentations full of images, interactive games, and recreation of real-life situations in which the students will naturally learn complex grammar topics while having fun. I also create a particular relationship with each student to detect the type of learner the student is and tailor the class according to his/her personality, needs, and expectations. I was born in Italy, but for the last two years of my life I have traveled the world, mainly in Central and South America and the Middle East, traveling and working remotely.

Ik ben Myrte, 37 jaar en sinds ik me kan herinneren gek op taal en dan op Spaans nog het meest.
20 jaar geleden begon ik zelf met het vertalen van de liedjes van Shakira (en muziek blijft nog steeds een van mijn favoriete manieren om een taal te leren!), maar sindsdien heb ik ook in Argentinië gewoond, een studie Spaanse taal& cultuur afgerond aan de UvA, woon ik al meer dan 10 jaar samen met mijn eigen Spanjaard en hebben we ook nog eens twee tweetalige kinderen. Juist doordat het Nederlands mijn moedertaal is en het Spaans onze thuistaal, kan ik je goed op weg helpen en begrijp ik waar de moeilijkheden zitten. Ik heb al les gegeven aan groepjes en ook bijles aan middelbare scholieren, maar het leukst vind ik het iemand één op één te helpen en zo de lessen veel persoonlijker en aan jou aangepast te kunnen geven.

Het fijne aan persoonlijke lessen is dat die helemaal op jou afgestemd kunnen worden. Afhankelijk van het niveau waarmee je begint, waarom je de taal wilt leren, je eigen interesses en de voor jou handigste manier van leren gaan we samen aan de slag om de lessen zo leerzaam mogelijk te maken, op jouw eigen tempo.
