Hallo, ich bin Florian, ich bin Solokünstler und Basser in einer Rockband. Als ausgebildeter Musiker und Produzent beherrsche ich neben der Arbeit als Tontechniker die Instrumente Piano und Gitarre seit vielen Jahren. Ich biete Unterricht in Klavier oder Gitarre an und gebe Workshops in Musikproduktion.

Ich lehre folgende Gebiete:
- Musiktheorie (Melodie- und Harmonielehre, Voicings, Tonsatz, Akkorde und deren Funktionen, Grundlagen Komponieren)
- Praktische Übungen
- Fingertechnik
- Grundlagen der Musikproduktion (Logic, Signalbearbeitung, Mikrofonierung, Ansätze Mischen und Mastern, Instrumentalisieren)
- praktische Durchführung von eigenen Produktionen im Homestudio (Workshop)

Ich gebe seit drei Jahren regelmäßig privaten Klavierunterricht und leite Musikkurse im Jugend- und Freizeitzentrum sowie auf Grundschulen.

Schon bereits mit 6 Jahren genoss ich frühpädagogischen Klavierunterricht und habe seit dem niemals damit aufgehört. Es ist somit mein Hauptinstrument geworden. Als Zweitinstrument spiele ich seit 15 Jahren Gitarre.
Ich absolvierte den Studiengang zum Musikproduzenten auf der Deutschen POP-Akademie.
Seitdem arbeite ich mit verschiedenen Musikern zusammen, produziere und komponiere eigene Musik und arbeite als gewerblicher Tontechniker.

Hi there! I'm a professional, award-winning guitarist with over 18 years of experience playing Jazz, Blues, Funk, Pop, and Finger-style. I have worked internationally as a bandleader, accompanist, and solo performer.

My approach to teaching is very pragmatic, time-efficient, and fun and I prefer not to overwhelm students with too much information or technical exercises. I believe that the number one priority both in playing and teaching music should be enjoyment, and that's why I tailor each lesson to the uniqueness of each student, making sure that we are learning about things that YOU want to learn about and moving towards YOUR unique goals.

My teaching is also informed by years of research into areas such as neuroscience, psychology, philosophy, and meditation. This background has allowed me to develop a truly holistic approach to music, one which promises not only faster improvement, but also greater musical EASE, ENJOYMENT, and CREATIVITY.

Like with languages, intuition plays a huge part in learning an instrument. Most often in music, the correct choice will the the one that ~feels~ the most natural. This is what my teachers, from when I was a kid, all the way to the end of my studies at the conservatory, have prioritized in lessons; Working less hard to sound better.

I’m here to help you in the same way, to decipher with you certain sounds, certain gestures in recorder playing, so that we can map out together your skill set, and eventually find your own style of play.

When it comes to the grammar part of music, I’m ready to teach you everything about reading notes, intervals, chords, and all the principles of music theory, with examples and fun exercises.

I am a very patient person, and have experience with beginners as well as “matured” amateurs :)

I hold a masters in early music, along with a bachelors in classical composition.

My dream is to live from composition mainly, writing music for concerts, film and ballet. Currently I’m working on a ballet commission from the Schauspielhaus in Zurich, and more original music for a series of concerts next summer in France.

My favorite composers are Bartok... and a bunch of anonymous medieval ones.
