About Me

Hello! My name is Sara, and I'm a Spanish violinist living in Cannes! I did my Master's studies in the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp and in KASK & Conservatorium / School of Arts Gent, in Belgium.

For some years I teach children of different ages and levels, both in Belgium and Spain.

The lessons will be focused in different ways, according to the interests of the student: initiation, improvement of the technique, and orchestral audition...

So, feel free to contact me, and we will talk about the level and objectives of the lessons and I will try to solve all your doubts.

I am a professional violinist with an international career in Europe, Asia and North America.
With degrees from major conservatories in New York and the Conservatoire Supérieur de Paris, I had the pleasure of being able to work with many orchestras in the USA and France.

You will be able to discover my biography as well as the details of my career.

Passionate about teaching, I have been teaching for more than 14 years in private and in conservatories. After having lived 8 years in New York and 8 years in Paris, I moved to the Alpes Maritimes where I am from.
My classes are taught in French or in English (I am bilingual) and I travel to your home in all the Maritime Alps, where I can receive you at my home in Cagnes sur Mer.

Having had many negative testimonials from careers in professional music establishments, I have been dedicated to private teaching for 12 years now.
I strive to offer my students contemporary and fun content adapted to their objectives and their attentiveness. Having always aimed for the development of everyone in music, I offer them “tailor-made” equipment, with pieces to their taste and arranged for their level.

With the little ones (baby and small child) and the accompanying ones we discovered the different family instruments, our songs with our friends the puppets, our dances and we learned to listen and raise awareness of music.

There is no age to enjoy playing an instrument or singing. Often with an intense work, the children or all simply for fear and apprehension, in the past the times for they give this pleasure. But you shouldn't be afraid to get started even at 50...60...70 years old. because with will, a little practice and a suitable method you can achieve anything! (well understood in having realistic goals :)!
