. With my classes you are going to explore the expression of your movement, learn choreography and the basic and advanced tools to be able to create and control your body
. Focus on preparation for Admission exams in case of Ballet and Contemporary/Modern dance
. Learn about the mental and physical creative processes in dance and how to apply them in your daily life
. Increase your flexibility and range of movement, prevent injuries and regain focus in different aspects of your life
. Capable of teaching Ballet, Modern/Contemporary (fly low, release, improvisation, contact improv, Graham and Limon techniques) and Hip Hop/Urban Dance Techniques (basic breakdance, popping, locking, choreography, new style and house)
. Above all, you gonna have fun and an amazing time while learning new skills

As a teacher, I always look to create a safe space where there is not wrong or right, where you can be yourself and express through movement.
My job is to guide and give you the tools to make you achieve your goals.
With private classes, you are the focus and and the moment is yours to have an amazing time while learning.
I always use a progression base pedagogy trying to make it challenge enough for you to feel the progression but not too difficult to a point of frustration

You will learn how to show your emotions through movements to best inspire the audience and enjoy. We will work on rhythm, tempo (which are two different things), creativity, improvisation techniques and theatrical performance (if interested). I do not like to work genre-based (for instance only hip-hop, or only classical music), but we will practice what you like the most. However, my strengths are rather in contemporary and modern style, hip hop, breakdance, belly dancing, and Persian dance. We can also specialize in one of these if you are interested.
