I am an experienced instructor, having completed my 4-year university education in Turkey. Currently, I am studying for a master's degree in wellness, sports, and health at the University of Bologna.
My goal is to impact the lives of the people I work with through sports and enable them to live a healthier and fitter life.
I am here for individuals with disabilities and anyone with movement restrictions. Sports for all :)

Example of a basic workout:
10 minutes of warm-up and dynamic stretching before the workout. 40 minutes of intense bodyweight exercises.
Static stretching in the last 10 minutes.
One hour per day, every day, is sufficient to achieve any goal.
