I cater to each student's individual needs and capabilities. I help with school by also adding in my own worksheets to complete together which relates to the current work that they are covering In their syllabus. Each student is individual and would there be treated the way that they would learn in an optimal manner. I would spend a lot more time with the students before exams to ensure that they have a decent understanding of every topic that may appear in the exam. I often use past paper examples as a way of preparation. Considering my own international schooling, I do very much understand the high level of requirements of some syllabus.
