    YOGA TEACHER - Hatha Flows - Yoga for body, mind and soul

    The yoga flows are always based on a specific topic, to which I bring inspiration, ideas and knowledge from yoga that can be combined with the respective class. To create a perfect atmosphere I also have different music playlists for each type of sequence and some incense sticks or essential oils are always included to make these yoga times a holistic experience.
    I teach in German and English and easily adapt the sequences to the needs of the participants so that everyone feels safe, has fun and enjoys it.
