Contemporary, commercial and basic ballet dance styles combined or taken separately are an incredible opportunity for a student to gain body confidence, awareness and energy. Each student will be given the tools to increase stamina, creative movement and an understanding of how the body moves.

There will be teaching in gaining core strength in the body to execute movements with grace and a fundamental part of each class is to have fun!!!!

Acerca de mí

- I highly believe in being a kind, compassionate and fair dance teacher. Incorporating music into the class to challenge students movement whilst having fun.

- Understanding how differently children learn makes me a patient teacher because my focus isn't about the student must get it right the first time.
It's about using the right dance teaching tools so all students learn and feel good after each class.

- One of my passions is teaching kinesthetic sense through movement creating a physically self aware dancer.

Experiencia / Calificaciones

Originally from south Wales U.K. degree educated with a huge passion for dance performance, teaching and choreography. For two decades I have been fortunate to attend workshops/summer training courses and work professionally with prolific international choreographers. In the last decade I have gained performance experience, dance performance and teaching experience in Devon, London of England, Cyprus and in Sweden working on music videos, the stage, and competing in battles working with different choreographers to gain an understanding of how dance performances are created in a professional context. Due to my past and present experiences I can utilize more creative tools to teach the youth and adults to choreograph for classes and performances in Sweden and abroad.

I am a Spanish native speaker, from Colombia. I have a bachelor in foreign language teaching and Master in Spanish Literature. I have written from articles. poetry to children ́s book. I am from Colombia but I lived in Spain for 3 years plus I have been living in other Latin American countries like Argentina Chile, Panama and Mexico. My goal is to transfer to my students all this cultural background that I have by teaching Spanish through different activities

My classes' objective is to learn through conversation and help you to pronounce the words in the most neutral way and learn how to conjugate verbs to avoid making the usual mistakes, which will make you feel more comfortable and easy to be understood.

Do you want to speak Spanish fast!! We can meet or virtual classes and we can talk about interesting topics like culture, trips or politics! We can also meet in person and do activities like Cooking, Dancing, Karaoke or Fun board games.

Dance is a beautiful tool to express and exercise yourself, it is fun and challenging plus you do not need to worry the next time you go out to a party with your friends. My goal is to keep my students challenged to improve their mobility skills and make them feel more confident.

My main style is Contemporary Dance, but I also have trainning and experience teaching Hip hop, Salsa and Ballet.

The classes are focus on coordination and dynamics, you will learn the dance style you are interested in a simple and fun way.
