Hi, I'm Lucie and I would be delighted to help you learn French, whether from scratch or to improve your knowledge. I love getting my students to speak since I believe that practice is the secret to learning a language and improving your knowledge. During the first lesson, we will talk about your objectives as well as your level, so I can create a lesson for you. I always structure my lessons according to themes based on real life (how to introduce yourself, how to make an appointment, shopping, going to the doctor, French at work, etc.). We will see grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation together. If you are intermediate, we will also do lessons on texts. We will put both grammar and vocabulary into practice. About Me

Holding a bachelor's degree in literature (English-Spanish) and a master's degree in multilingual communication and international relations, I am currently giving private lessons in French, English and Dutch.
I had the opportunity to work for several non-profits organizations (Schola ULB, CIFA, Club de Jeunesse and ABEF) to help students overcome their difficulties in French, English and Dutch. I also worked for public institutions as a trainer (Bruxelles Formation) and finally as a private teacher (BXL Academy, MySherpa) in both English and French.

My methodology: Learning to structure one's thoughts to express oneself better
My approach is based on a simple observation: success is not achieved through lack of effort, but often through a lack of method and confidence. My role is to transform subjects sometimes perceived as abstract (Philosophy, French) or intimidating (English) into concrete tools for success.

The typical course of a session:
1. Quick diagnosis: We start by identifying the areas of uncertainty from the previous lesson or the difficulties with a specific exercise.
2. Taking action: No boring lectures! We work on concrete exercises, essay plans or oral practice (in English) to "learn by doing".
