I am a student spending a year in france on placement with 3 years of tutoring behind me. I have several qualifications in English, Biology and Geography. I am a certified coach and self defence instructor in martial arts. I have trained in the sport through the Ju-Jitsu world federation in Ireland and have achieved Shodan Black Belt. I hold as many classes in person as you would like for beginners and will teach basic self defense. The classes will be taken in English but you do not need more than a basic understanding in order to be shown how to defend yourself. I am also able to teach female self-defense against probable male attackers as unfortunately it is still not a safe world for girls out there! I can teach children up to senior adults and my classes will be based on your previous experience and your ability.
