One-to-One Mathematics Tuition – School & Advanced Level

I hold a BA and MSc in Pure Mathematics from the University of Warwick. I taught A-level Mathematics and Further Mathematics at CATS College Cambridge, an international sixth-form college, where I also prepared students for the STEP examination (Cambridge maths entry exams). I have also worked extensively as a private tutor. In addition, I have served as an examiner for A-Level Mathematics with Cambridge Assessment International Education, which has given me direct insight into examination standards, marking schemes, and common student difficulties.

I later completed a PhD in Philosophy of Science at the London School of Economics, specialising in the foundations of probability and statistical inference. Since then, I have taught philosophy at university level.

Very recently, I decided to return to mathematics tutoring — the subject I most enjoy teaching. Mathematics offers a rare combination of precision and creativity, and one-to-one teaching allows me to understand how a student is thinking and help them build clear, confident problem-solving habits.

I am currently based in Paris and available for in-person lessons within the city, as well as online sessions.

Après avoir obtenu mon baccalauréat scientifique spécialité mathématiques mention Très Bien au lycée Louis-le-Grand à Paris, j’ai effectué deux années de classes préparatoires ECS dans ce même lycée. Durant ma première année d’études à l’ESCP, j’ai validé une licence en mathématiques MIASHS (Mathématiques et Informatique appliqués aux Sciences Humaines et Sociales) à l’université Paris 1-Panthéon Sorbonne, que j’ai obtenue mention Très Bien. Après mon M1 et une année de césure à l'ESCP, j'intégrerai l'ENSAE en septembre 2021.
J’encadre depuis 3 ans plusieurs élèves de collège et lycée.
Je suis disponible pour donner des cours à distanciel ou bien en présentiel à Paris, en banlieue proche ou vers le campus de Saclay à partir de septembre 2021.
