Experimentarás una mezcla de actividades prácticas, juegos y/o discusiones interactivas. Aprenderás a relacionarte con tus emociones de una manera constructiva y productiva, lo que te permitirá enfrentar los desafíos emocionales de la vida cotidiana con confianza y resiliencia.

Sobre mí:

Además de ser psicóloga, tengo experiencia en la enseñanza del inglés a niños y adolescentes, lo que me ha proporcionado habilidades sólidas en la comunicación y adaptación pedagógica. También he trabajado con Cruz Roja Española en talleres dinámicos enfocados en el bienestar y desarrollo personal, y he tenido experiencia en terapia infantojuvenil con caballos.

I was born in Istanbul in 1983. I started teaching Turkish while studying Turkish Language and Literature at university. I worked in a language school and at universities. I have been teaching Turkish professionally for more than 16 years. I also taught Turkish for 5 years when I was a university student. In 2018, I obtained a TESOL certificate and also began teaching English.

I teach both adults and children. Creating a comfortable learning environment for my students is one of my top priorities. If you would like to learn Turkish or English in a consistent and structured way, I would be happy to work with you.

I hold firmly to two main principles: creating a comfortable space for learning and building an encouraging atmosphere.

My students often describe me as patient, positive, and well-organised. Over time, I’ve found my own way of making Turkish feel easier, more enjoyable, and more practical to learn.

I love shaping each lesson around my students’ interests, needs, and learning styles. I adapt my teaching to the needs of students with special conditions, such as ADHD and OCD.

In my lessons, you’ll never feel afraid of making mistakes. Before long, you’ll start noticing them on your own and correcting yourself naturally.

Even though I use a communicative approach, my lessons are supported by a solid understanding of grammar, as Turkish has a very different structure.

I use the course book set prepared by Istanbul University. It follows a strategic approach to learning Turkish and includes all language skills—reading, grammar, writing, listening, watching, and speaking—from A1 to C2. All of these skills are essential for conversation.

I teach English for the A1 and A2 levels.

The workbook offers many exercises for homework or revision, and I support the book with my own authentic materials. I also use an interactive board that you can view anytime, and you can edit it as well. Repetition-based speaking practice plays an important role in my lessons.

I speak English well, and a bit of Italian, and I have also studied Persian and German grammar. I am interested in literature.

Tomarse el tiempo para practicar el idioma que está aprendiendo es crucial para el desarrollo de su vocabulario activo. Esto le permitirá comunicarse con mayor fluidez y confianza.

A lo largo de la clase, haré un seguimiento de todo el vocabulario con el que no estabas familiarizado y lo repasaré contigo, además de enviarte la lista al final de la clase, para realizar un seguimiento de las palabras y expresiones a medida que las encuentres.
Tengo varios juegos que considero muy adecuados para aprender vocabulario. Estos añadirán un toque divertido al proceso de aprendizaje.

I'm a TEFL-certified teacher of English as a foreign language with 3+ years of experience teaching at a private bilingual school in Thailand.

I know how to help my students break the language barrier, make them confident speakers, and help them be able to use English in real communicative situations.

I have a degree in English Philology, which gave me a deep understanding of linguistics and how languages are acquired, and I always try to apply that knowledge in my work.
