Ik ben een enthousiaste en betrokken docent die lesgeven ziet als samenwerken. In mijn lessen staat een veilige en motiverende leeromgeving centraal, waarin fouten maken mag en gezien wordt als een kans om te groeien. Ik pas mijn uitleg en opdrachten aan op het niveau en de interesses van de leerling, zodat de stof echt gaat leven.

Ik vind het leuk om te werken met leerlingen die nieuwsgierig zijn en bereid zijn stappen te zetten, of ze nu extra ondersteuning nodig hebben of juist verdieping zoeken. Mijn ervaring in de praktijk en in het onderwijs helpt mij om theorie concreet te maken en aan te sluiten bij de belevingswereld van de leerling.

Met duidelijke uitleg, praktische oefeningen en persoonlijke begeleiding zorg ik ervoor dat mijn leerlingen meer zelfvertrouwen krijgen en hun doelen stap voor stap behalen.

In opleiding tot docent Engels, met focus op didactiek, taalvaardigheid en lesmethodes voor verschillende niveaus. Ik vind het belangrijk dat leerlingen actief betrokken zijn bij de les en plezier hebben in het leren.
