I graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelors Degree in Trombone Performance in 2023, but I also have experience in the music education field, as I was a Music Education major for 2 and a half years as well.

I offer professional Brass instruments (Bariton, Tenorhorn, Euphonium, Trombone, Trumpet, Tuba) lessons for children from the age of four, for teenagers and adults. Whether beginner or advanced, that doesn't matter to me. Every motivated student of trumpets is welcome with me. I see it as my job to promote the particular character of each student. Playing the trumpet is an art that is difficult to explain. To become a good Brass player, you need more than “just” to master your instrument. Practice is a basic requirement. Young Brass students, children in particular need the support and support of their parents in the learning process, but the joy in the practice lessons should not be left behind. The focus of my lessons is on conveying musical understanding, sound technology and music literature from classical to klezmer to jazz. Elements such as transpose, orchestral replacement and sight reading are also taken into account in the lessons. I accompany the students as they prepare for competitions and auditions. I am happy to support you in improving your stage presence. I offer one-on-one and two-on-one classes. I teach the pocket trumpet for children. Furthermore, cornet, B and C trumpet (American and German) as well the Bariton, Tenorhorn, Euphonium, Tuba and Trombone.

HI! I am Lenart and I am currently a student at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. I have been playing the trumpet for more than 15 years and have experience in many different music genres like Jazz, Pop, Classical, Baroque. I graduated from the Academy of Music in Ljubljana. I used to do a lot of teaching (young to old) when I was still residing in Slovenia. Are you a Horn beginner or are you looking to develop your technique? Are you looking to have more fun with the horn or improve your artistic skills? Besides music, I have a keen interest in sports and sports psychology. This is also reflected in my teaching method as I incorporate strategies and exercises, that are not so common in the music world. A bit about me: I have 2 Bachelor's degrees from the Portuguese National Orchestra Academy (Lisbon) and The Royal Conservatory of the Hague, and a Master's from the Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt in Weimar (Germany). I have played with orchestras in Germany, the Netherlands and Portugal, including Rotterdam Philharmonic, Staatskapelle Weimar, Staatskapelle Halle, Phion, Noord Nederlands Orkest and many others. I've been a violinist for several years and, in addition to the violin, I also play the trumpet; for about six years I played in various orchestras - in and outside of school.
