En tant que professeur de français, je propose des cours privés en ligne, forts de mes dix années d'expérience dans l'enseignement en présentiel à Buenos Aires, destinés à un public hispanophone. Depuis 2014, j'ai eu l'opportunité d'aider des étudiants aux profils variés : de la préparation aux voyages en France à la révision de mémoire, en passant par la préparation aux examens, aux entretiens d'embauche et même au travail phonétique sur la chanson et le rap français. De plus, je propose un soutien et une analyse de lectures avancées en sociologie, histoire et littérature française.

Mon parcours professionnel comprend une expérience au lycée franco-argentin Jean Mermoz, où j'ai enseigné la musique et la guitare bilingues entre 2016 et 2022. J'ai également travaillé dans des associations qui œuvrent dans les quartiers défavorisés de Buenos Aires, comme « Caacupé » et « Conviven Adolescencia ». ".

En France, de 2009 à 2013, j'ai enseigné au Conservatoire de la Norville en région parisienne, ainsi qu'à l'association musicale Les Ateliers Francoeur. Par ailleurs, j'ai acquis une expérience enrichissante à la Bibliothèque Nationale François Mitterrand (BNF) et à la BPI (Bibliothèque Publique d'Information du Centre Pompidou), où j'ai travaillé dans le domaine de la presse. J'ai également eu l'opportunité d'exercer le rôle d'AVSi dans une classe qui accueillait des personnes autistes au Lycée Michelet.

Je lichaam is je instrument bij het zingen. We proberen dat instrument zo mooi mogelijk te laten klinken door te werken aan klankvorming. Hierdoor kunnen de stembanden vrijer bewegen, zodat je minder snel moe wordt bij het zingen. Je stem wordt voller en je kunt hogere en lagere tonen zingen.

Tijdens de zanglessen zijn we ook bezig met articulatie, de uitspraak van vreemde talen en ook aan de betekenis van en je gevoel bij een bepaald stuk. Natuurlijk bepaal jij zelf wat voor soort muziek je gaat zingen. Of je nu alleen zingt onder de douche of dat je bv. in een koor zit en je tegen bepaalde moeilijkheden op loopt in het algemeen of bij een bepaald stuk? Neem dan gerust je koorpartij mee naar de les en dan kijken we samen hoe we dat makkelijker voor je kunnen maken. We werken aan repertoire waar jij van houdt. Ook kunnen we samen een ontdekkingsreis maken naar jouw favoriete muziek.

WIE KAN ER LEREN ZINGEN?
Iedereen kan leren zingen. Door de zanglessen zal je merken dat het zingen makkelijker wordt. Bovendien is zingen goed voor ontspanning, zowel van lichaam als geest. Zingen is gewoon genieten!

JE EIGEN INSTRUMENT
Als zanger of zangeres heb je alvast één voordeel ten opzichte van instrumentalisten: je hoeft geen (duur) instrument te kopen. Jij hebt je instrument altijd bij je, maar... je moet wel goed voor je instrument zorgen!

Welcome to my piano teaching studio! I am a professional pianist offering private piano and theory lessons for students of all levels. As a pianist with over 14 years of teaching experience in Europe and the USA, as well as over 23 years of playing/performing, I enjoy motivating my students with music of their own preferred style and interest, whether that be classical or contemporary. My main goal is to promote a positive experience and love for music-making during the learning process. If the student is interested in a more structured approach, I guide preparation for grades 1-8 of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) piano and music theory exams where my students consistently receive highest marks. I also have successful experience preparing students for conservatory entrance auditions, masterclasses, and competitions in the Europe, the USA, India, and Canada. We have class concerts at Pianos Maene for interested students twice per year. I am happy to provide either a more relaxed or a serious approach to learning piano, we simply need to discuss the personal goals and preferences of each student.

My own studies are as follows: I have obtained two postgraduate performance degrees at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp: "Concertsoloist" in Piano Performance and "Chamber Music” (under the guidance of esteemed professor Sergei Edelmann). Prior to this, I received my Bachelor and Masters degrees in Piano Performance/Music from the University of Minnesota - Minneapolis (with Prof. Lydia Artymiw) and Texas Christian University, Fort Worth (with Dr. Tamas Ungar). My experience includes collaboration with many different instrumentalists and singers, performing as a soloist and collaborative member in several orchestras, and receiving top prizes in several competitions. While maintaining my performance and recording career in Belgium at present, I am developing my private music studio in central Antwerp and look forward to meeting new students.

J’ai suivi de nombreux cours de masterclass en Russie, en Italie et en Autriche avec Edda Moser, Renata Scotto, Nino Machaidze etc. J’étais aussi soliste dans la chorale du Vatican.

Ik geef al lange tijd privé muzieklessen en fortepiano. Naast mijn klassieke muziekopleiding in 2000, heb ik mijn bachelor in psychopedagogie in 2006 afgehaald. Dit jaar ben ik geïnteresseerd in het uitbreiden van mijn praktijk met meer leerlingen met speciale behoeften.
Ik heb geleerd over de verschillende manieren waarop muziek leerlingen met speciale behoeften kan helpen. Het helpt hen hun emoties te uiten en hun herinneringen en zelfregulerende vaardigheden te ontwikkelen.
Het kan hen sterke punten laten zien die ze anders misschien niet zouden vinden tijdens hun schooldag. Het kan ook hun ogen openen voor een hele wereld van expressie en schoonheid, waardoor hun leven wordt verrijkt.
Ik zoek uit wat voor een bepaalde student werkt, wat hen afleidt, wat hen motiveert, wat hen helpt zich te concentreren en soms gewoon te leren hoe ze zich tot hen kunnen verhouden.

Ik ben een Spaanse pianist en componist (MMus afgestudeerd aan Codarts Rotterdam in beide richtingen) met al veel jaren leservaring, en ook zeer actief op het gebied van optredens in diverse contexten.

Hi there,

I’ve been playing guitar since I was 12 and was immediately hooked. Within a year I started playing in youth bands and projects, and during high school I moved to a music school where I began performing with bands and teaching guitar to kids as my first job. I later completed two bachelor’s degrees, the second in jazz guitar, at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. Since then I’ve been working full time as a session guitarist, songwriter, and musical director with artists like Karsu, Alain Clark, Ruth Jacott, Jennie Lena, and many others, as well as releasing my own music as an independent artist under my stage name Jessy Hay. I’m extremely passionate about music theory, ear training, and music history, and I try to combine all of these with practical approaches to create a complete package for guitar enthusiasts.

Over the years I’ve developed many methods and seen hundreds of students grow from being stuck on the instrument to becoming full-on improvisers and composers across many genres. I love to combine the theory and improvisation I’ve learned from jazz, together with the groove and rhythm from funk and soul, the attitude from rock, and the production and songwriting skills from pop music. I’m also very interested in Middle Eastern music, for students who want to explore other scales, Maqams, and musical languages. Lessons usually start by discussing the student’s goals and current level, followed by exercises and pieces tailored to their needs. I also provide guidance on instrument setup, tone, and technique, to ensure a solid foundation. My aim is to give students a full 360° view of music: understanding the language, knowing what you’re doing, and developing your own ways of improving by becoming more familiar with both the instrument and the musical language itself.

Kom maar af met je materiaal songs/beats mijn focus is om je zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen in waar je mee bezig bent. Wil je graag wat meer bijleren over mixen, sound designing klank synthese, compositie. Leer je graag wat meer bij over het songwritting proces. Hoe start ik met een song of wat zijn voorkomende valkuilen, I'm your guy:). Als producer heb ik al wel heel wat genres gemaakt dus ben daarin ook heel flexibel;)
