I am Giorgos, a jazz guitar player hailing from Greece. Holding an Integrated Master’s Degree in Jazz guitar performance from the Ionian University, I've accumulated years of teaching experience. My approach empowers students to discover their unique learning paths and guitar approaches. Whether you're a complete beginner or an advanced player seeking to expand musical perception, this class caters to all levels. Additionally, I offer lessons in jazz improvisation, music theory, and ear training for musicians across various instruments.

In my classes, I want to encourage individual abilities, find a personal sound and develop body awareness. In particular by addressing or perfecting breathing, posture, voice development, repertoire and, depending on wishes, more musical theory, music theory or the basics of the piano. A warm-up and personal training program, adapted to the needs, is also developed with each of my students. Finally, the musical experience is at the center of my teaching. My lessons are aimed at those who want to know more about their instrument, work on their technical skills and find in their instrument an opportunity for personal expression. I'm passionate about music and have been playing guitar for over 10 years. I've been giving lessons since 2015 and have already met many very different profiles. To learn to play the piano well, you have to be passionate! And what better method than by learning your favorite songs! This is exactly what I propose. First, you will learn to play by memory and some easy tricks, then you will learn to play with scores that I will personally write to adapt them perfectly to your level! I learned by being at the classical academy for 12 years and giving lessons for almost 10 years, that in the end, it is the students who are passionate about the pieces they play, who will become good pianists. As an additional option, I offer composition and harmony lessons, to ensure that step by step you can compose small pieces up to multi-instrument arrangements. Graduated with a degree in piano and musicology, and a Bachelor's degree in accompaniment and piano, I am currently in the 2nd year of a master's degree in piano at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels.
