Será una clase muy sencilla y para todos los niveles. No importa si nunca has practicado yoga antes. ¡Lo único que tienes que hacer es traer tu esterilla, y disfrutar de casi 1 hora de desconexión!

Hi there! Mi name is Esther, I'm a passionate yoga teacher, with 200RYT certification. Would you like to join us to one of out lessons?
It will be a really easy class and multilevel. It's doesnt matter if you have never ever practice it before. You only have to take your mat and enjoy disconeccting nearly 1 hour!

I offer yoga classes tailored to each individual's needs and abilities. My approach is holistic: we work on strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness in a progressive and accessible way.

Each student sets their own path within the practice. Some seek improved mobility or tension relief; others seek emotional well-being, mental calm, or a deeper connection. The class is tailored to these goals, without impositions and respecting individual rhythms.

The practice combines breathing, conscious alignment, and mobility, seeking to build a stronger and more sustainable relationship with the body. Rather than simply "achieving postures," it's about developing a practice that integrates daily life: functional, stable, and adapted to each individual's reality.
