My name is Armin and I'm a composer, songwriter, sound engineer and of course guitar player graduated from Brunel University in 2011 (MA). Since then I have worked with so many students; from age 5 to adults. I have also worked with young musicians in groups and lead their ensemble to reach their highest potentials.

I teach acoustic/electric and nylon strings guitar in variety of styles. The goal is to help you to find what is best for you. I have many students successfully passed both ABRSM and Trinity College grades.

Let's get into some detail of what you can expect from our lessons.

- You will develop the complete understanding of how the instrument is working and learn all the notes on the fretboard.

- You will learn how to read music (notation/tableture/chord diagrams)

- Your understanding of the chords will improve quickly so you can play your favourite songs within 2 months.

- We will go through basics of Music theory in order to give you a better understanding of what you are playing on the guitar.

I have also worked with so many great musicians and performed in well-known venues such as Jazz Cafe and 100 Club in London as well as recording for tv channels including BBC.

Instrument Tuition:

Very flexible approach, I will teach based on individual needs. Beginners will learn the basics of the guitar, basic chords, basic scales etc. And advanced players will learn more complex chords, intricate scales, harmonies and improvisation.

If you just want to learn how to play your favourite songs, then I will teach you how to do that. If you want to learn about song writing, I will teach you that. Anything and everything.

Logic Pro X:

Equally as flexible and I will adhere to individual needs, I may need to start from the very basics even for proficient users. I have many years of experience and I graduated from Manchester MIDI School as a specialist in Logic Pro X. I will explain, demonstrate and test students about each subject per lesson.

We will look at MIDI, editing, recording, compression, EQ, Mastering, mixing, time stretching, FX, plugins, remixing, audio design, sound manipulation and so on.

I currently offer teaching and mentoring in the following areas:

My methods are generally adapted to each individual’s needs and objectives, however, they do not include classical music training approaches, such as sight reading or formal classical music training. Instead, my approach focuses on developing an intuitive understanding of music, through understanding elements such as intervalic structures, mathematical permutations, analogies derived from other disciplines etc. The ultimate goal of my approach is to allow the individual to form a way of thinking, which will allow she/he to compose, produce or play ANY type of music.

I am an Italian musician, trained in the classical guitar.
I have been studying guitar since the age of fifteen at the conservatory in Sicily.
I finished my degree at the BENEDETTO MARCELLO conservatory in Venice.
I compose my own music in the classical style with the guitar.
Within the genre of classical music I play, for example, Bach and Giuliani. As an electrical guitarist, I am used to playing with the fender sound, blues, and jazz.
I offer lessons for people who would like a start in the guitar world. I enjoy teaching all ages and I am open to see what and how you would like to learn. We can learn the technical way or be more open with playing.

For example with children, I am used to teaching with the book from the composer Sagreras. However, I am open if you'd like to improve in some song which you love!;)

Nedelina has over 6 years of teaching experience with students from age 4 to 65 in guitar, piano and ukulele, and preparing them for Trinity and ABRSM exams.
