As a student of Comparative Linguistics and Applied Foreign Languages, I give private tuition in Turkish. I was the tutor of Turkish at the University of Nantes in 2012. I had groups of students of different ages and backgrounds. I can teach in English or in French.

I am a PhD candidate in History at an Ivy League University with an experience of two years teaching Turkish at the university.
I can tailor the lessons according to the needs of the student. We can focus on comprehension or speaking, academic or colloquial Turkish.

Based on my 13 years of experience, I think that A1 level is a very important period in language learning. When learning any language, beginner level students should learn it in the correct order and important details should be explained well by practising previous ones. Students at more advanced levels, such as A2, B1 or above, also need to practice their skills at the previous level thoroughly to improve their language skills. I try to provide good teaching by paying attention to these important points in my lessons. I keep our lessons' notes in a word file. After our lessons, I send you back all the additional notes and exercises that we covered in our lesson as a Word file.

In this class, we focus on speaking and real-life communication rather than heavy grammar. Each session covers different topics like daily life, culture, travel, art, and personal interests.
