I am a qualified Physical Education teacher and experienced combat sports practitioner with competitive experience in Muay Thai. I offer private Muay Thai and boxing fitness sessions in Dublin, focused on improving fitness, confidence and striking technique in a structured and motivating environment.
My coaching style is supportive, clear and adapted to each person’s level. Whether your goal is to get fitter, lose weight, learn effective striking basics or improve coordination and conditioning, sessions are designed to help you progress step by step.
Training includes pad work, technical drills, conditioning exercises and combinations inspired by real Muay Thai practice. I place strong emphasis on correct technique, safety and gradual progression.
Thanks to my experience both training and competing, I understand how to develop solid fundamentals and practical skills while keeping sessions enjoyable and challenging.
Sessions are suitable for beginners and intermediate levels. Outdoor training in parks or at a convenient location is available, with flexible scheduling.
