My hobby is Karate. I am trainer of Kyokushin Karate, Black Belt 4 Dan from International Karate Organization Kyokushinkaikan Honbu (IKO SOSAI).

I have PhD in Physics (2017) from University of Bern (Switzerland), Physics Institute (Albert Einstein Center for Fundamental Physics) and Master of Science in Physics (2008)
Lomonosov Moscow State University (Russia).

Teens and adults will learn how to deal with armed attackers, and heavy street fighting situations. Also learn about how philosophy is at the root of martial arts and which philosophies gave root to which martial art.
