I incorporate personality, preferences, and interests into my teaching. I tailor my tutoring for different pupils/students, incorporating extra-curricular knowledge to develop a deeper knowledge of a particular topic. I also use the Facilitator style. I like to promote self-discovery and develop problem-solving skills, which can often lead to students developing a much deeper understanding of the topic.
