Ningetaka wasome hili lugha kwa kuuliza maswali, kumaliza kazi zao za nyumbani, wajikakamue kusoma na kuandika katika lugha hili la Swahili. Swahili ni lugha ambalo linatumika Afrika Mashariki na nchi zinginezo. Ni lugha tamu sana linalo pendeza mno. Takriban watu millioni mia mbili hutumia hii lugha kwa hivyo ni muhimu sana kulisoma na kulifahamu. My classes will be mainly interactive. The student will be required to proactively learn and demonstrate interest in learning the language by asking questions, completing assignments given, practising their reading and improve their writing skills. Swahili is a language that is spoken in East Africa as well as other countries. It is a sweet, beautiful language. Approximately two hundred million people speak Swahili therefore it is very important to learn to speak this language and understand it.

The classes will be practical. Students will be required to fully participate in the cooking classes. They will learn the techniques on how to cook diverse dishes common in East Africa, specifically Kenya. Students should declare their allergies prior to the classes in order to provide alternatives and make planning smoother. Students will be required to eat what they have cooked during the cooking class and improve their cooking skills in their free time.
