My name is Ammarah and I am an Undergraduate student studying Psychology at King’s College London. I have worked with a range of children and young adults during my education. My speciality lies particularly in 11+ examinations. I am an award winning tutor with over a years worth of experience at Explore Learning, working with Early Years through to KS3 students in English, Maths and 11+ entrance exams subjects. I have direct experience using a syllabus led strategy for my students to give them the best grades possible. In addition to this, I have hands on experience working with students with learning difficulties, ranging from: Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD and Cerebral Paulsy. As someone who has been through the education system, I recognise the challenges of learning and concentration. Currently studying Psychology at degree level, I have learnt a great deal about child development and the importance of education, which has inspired me to work with children in the future as a child psychologist.
