Hi everyone in Hongkong, I am Simon, Certified Personal trainer in body weight trainings, HIIT workout, instructor in Muay Thai and self defence. I offer individual or group sessions where and when you would like. I consider this martial art as a huge passion to not say a art of living and I would love to share this part of me with all of my student : this is not only some practical applications but also a way to think, you have to control yourself and every part of your body and your movements. I have loads of tools to train which I can share with you to improve your training session : gloves, bandage, pads, for the martial training and all the accessories as elastic bands, TRX etc. for a classic workout. We can train at your place, in a gym or in a park. My first target for me and my students is the wellbeing, as we said ‘spirito sana in corpore sano’ I am able to adapt my training to your interests and needs so what are your expectations ? Do you want to lose weight? build muscles? Feeling well in your body ? or even just get a better coordination ? Release some stress ? I am a Hong Kong man of 29 years old and I am a Personal trainer since 8 Years, I practice the Muay Thai since 10 years and I participate to many competitions in Hongkong the last few years. My leitmotiv is to help people to learn the art of boxing or to exercise while having fun. I use my classes as an opportunity t train them to defend themself and fell better in their body,
