Design Thinking is a non-linear, iterative problem-solving and innovation approach focused on human-centered design. It relies initially on understanding the problem form the users or customers perspective. The process consists of different steps. Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test.

Business communication is a strategic exchange of information within and outside an organization in order to achieve specific goals. This course is aimed at students enrolled in English Studies in Moroccan universities and young professionals in their early career in fields of Communications, Marketing, or any other fields where professionals communicate within or outside their organization, business, etc.

As a person who spent their life studying in English language, I would love to help students, especially the ones in high school and Bac to prepare for the English language national exam. The sessions will be hold based on what the student wants to study (which course they find difficult or where they lack). The sessions in general will basically be working on previous national exams and similar exercises.
