Percusionista, educador y explorador del pulso afrocaribeño, su trabajo nace de una raíz muy clara: la tradición rítmica de Cuba. Desde ese punto de partida construye un puente entre lo ancestral y lo contemporáneo. No es solo alguien que toca instrumentos de percusión; es alguien que los interpreta como si fueran voces de una memoria cultural.

Felix Varela, La Habana Cuba, Bachelor Degree/ Gerardo Delgado Guanche, La Habana, Cuba, Elementary music education. As an educator, Marvin has dedicated an important part of his career to training new generations of percussionists and musicians.

Marvin is a percussionist, educator, and musical researcher dedicated to the study, performance, and transmission of Afro-Cuban and world percussion traditions. His career combines more than 20 years as an artistic performance, rhythmic research, and pedagogical work, with a strong commitment to preserving the roots of traditional music while exploring its contemporary evolution.
