After a period of sickness and soul searching. I finally came to the realisation that true health and happiness comes from a balanced lifestyle which many of us lack in cities like Paris and London. I therefore retired from the 9-5 lifestyle to venture in a world of excitement and the unknown to try and create a world where I truly felt I was helping, engaging and one that gave me fulfillment.
I was in India to study my 200 hours and began teaching privately and in classes in London. Now living in Paris, hoping to continue this journey. My background is in Psychology and Mental health with a strong emphasis on helping people become their own therapist with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques. Combined with yoga, breath and movement I believe anyone can benefit from the collaboration of mind and body.

Classes taught in English and Cantonese but once I am more fluent in French I will be able to offer three languages.

Yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance 200 hours, I propose private classes for one person or a group of friends, familly.
Classes are designed to reponse to your needs and your demands.
Normally, a class includes:
- Breathing techniques
- Physical exercices: the series of postures named Sun Salutation, other poses to reinforce the muscles and increase flexibility.
- Deep relaxation

Mon cours d'assouplissements vise à étirer, harmoniser et balancer l'ensemble du corps.
Je m’inspire des techniques traversées dans mon parcours pour travailler au changement des habitudes entrainant des tensions superflues.
Le cours prévoit une partie d’activité physique très tonique des étirements et une partie de relaxation.
LunaStretching - assouplissements (plus de trois personnes)
Danseuse/chorégraphe de bon niveau, praticienne shiatsu (en spécialisation professionnelle auprès de l'Institut Européen de shiatsu) et praticienne de yoga depuis 8 années, donne des cours particuliers de yoga (hatha yoga) et gymnastique douce. Utile pour renforcer la structure, assouplir les articulations, pour le bien être et l'énergie de tout le corps, pour rétablir les rythmes sommeil/veille et calmer le mental.
