BrunoRelaxation session / Sophrology / Meditation at home or outdoors
This course is done in a relaxing atmosphere and conducive to mindfulness meditation. I propose sessions where you will be able to control your breathing, relax your body as well as your mind, calm your negative emotions by techniques of various visualizations. The adventure is to restore the natural harmony of the mind that often encroaches on the real needs of your body. The course consists of two parts: a discussion of ten minutes in order to better know you and understand your expectations then the relaxation itself.
The course can be seated, lying down or in the open in the environment of your choice, at home in a familiar place or in a park.
The purpose of these exercises is to teach you how to deal with everyday stress, sleep disorders and eating problems through a gentle and natural method.
You will emerge from my soothing and energizing class which will allow you to carry out the rest of your daily activities.

I am also Professional Musician and Flight Attendant already lived in many countries. Finally after 18 months in Asia I landed again in France however this time with 200RYT ready to teach here.
My mission is to encourage a large group of people to take time with Yoga in Polish, which is my native language, English and Italian, French basic . I would like to bring to my Yoga class all my music and teaching skills with big heart.

A neoclassical dance and stretching class is a one hour long workout which connects you to your body, mind and soul on a deep level. It creates joy in the people thanks to the contemporary dance movements performed and also builds strength and tone thanks to the ballet movements performed. The stretching is also a good component of the class and it leaves the student more flexible and proud of his/her own body.

Iain also utilises his intermediate and advanced yoga asanas and sequences in personal training, exposing individuals, who at one time wouldn't consider yoga, to the benefits of yogasana & meditation for health & well being.

Hello! I am a 200HR certified Vinyasa yoga teacher studying for a Psychology degree in Paris! Yoga has brought me through a multitude of challenges in my own life including depression and the general every-day stresses that living in a big city can bring. I completed my 200-hour yoga certification with a specialization in Vinyasa (don't worry if you don't know what that means!) at Radiantly Alive in the magical city of Ubud, Bali, this summer. What I have learned there I am eager to bring from my heart straight to your yoga practice!

My teaching is accompanied by theoretical references to assist the student in understanding the relationship between body and mind.

CathyPrivate Yoga classes (Iyengar, Vinyasa, Sivananda, Ashtanga) at home
Having 20+ years of experience, I am interested in sharing my knowledge of yoga and the benefits of Reiki (energy harmonization) with everyone. I was trained in India where I lived for several years (Iyengar, Sivananda). Iyengar's individual approach allows you to work the postures accurately using the breath, without hurting yourself, learning to listen to him. I currently practice dynamic yoga based on a series of postures by consciously breathing that allows the mind to gradually let go.
Private lessons allow you to establish a personal practice program. After a first interview, during which your motivations and needs are studied, you will leave with a personalized session to practice at home autonomously. I establish and guide a practice that will be reevaluated and intensified gradually by integrating reflexology and Reiki (energy harmonization) during each course.
Private lessons can be done at the teacher's home or in English or in French.
