As a professional dancer, teacher, and performance maker I am creative, dynamic, full of awareness, and versatile. I teach contemporary dance, floor work, contact improvisation, acrobatics, ballet, modern jazz, and fitness. My classes are focused on musicality, anatomy, energy flow, improvisation, and personal artistry. The classes are tailored, designed, and adjusted regarding the specific needs, capabilities, uniqueness, and artistic voice of each individual. During the past years, I have developed a methodology entitled The Transcendental Embodiment (TE) | Behind & Beyond. A nine-hour online workshop to explore your creativity and experiment with artistic techniques This workshop, suitable for all audiences, is designed to experiment with and explore artistic techniques. The results will surprise you. Any technique is an excuse to play, to break the rules, and to experiment. We should feel free to try without worrying about the final outcome. As an advocate of the creative process, I believe that the goal is not the result itself but rather an element we sometimes discover midway. Unleash your unconscious and flow throughout the process, which, on this occasion, is more important than the final result. We will enjoy the journey because it is the only thing that truly matters. In this workshop, we will express ourselves freely, release blockages, overcome fear to enhance our creative potential. We will also learn to break and discard the work we've done. And, of course, to have fun.

These drawing lessons start from a perspective based on practice and specific exercises, according to the student's particular interests. We will work on the human figure, and the head, the expression in portrait drawing, drawing basic shapes and their relationship with texture and volume. I aim to share my experience as a freelance artist and support beginner artists or those with some experience, who wish to continue developing their drawing skills.

Let’s travel differently! I am proposing new way of discovering the city through art and sketching. Sketching Day is an intensif of 3 classes 1,5 - 2 h each + lunch break, taking the whole day time. It could be the route by some specific area in Paris - mostly central regions with sites, or it could be the trip to the close villages, small cities and Chateaux- max 1,5 h train from Paris: like Giverny, Provens, Versailles, Fontainebleau etc. We are walking around the city, choosing the views we’d love to sketch and practice a lot on the best french view. Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.

I am a professional violinist, with more than a decade of experience playing with international & national orchestras, touring Europe and Asia. I am also a violin teacher, with more than a decade, sharing my love for music and the violin, giving classes both at the conservatory and to individuals. If you want to start this wonderful instrument, regardless of age, experience, background, go ahead! I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.
