This is s a course for beginning readers in kindergarten, first grade. It will focus on the basics of reading. I will teach phonics, phonemic awareness, and comprehension. The students will learn the sounds of the alphabet, short and long vowels, vowel teams, and blends and digraphs.

The Russian language proves to be very challenging for all speakers - even for those born in Russia. However, I have excellent knowledge of the normative literary Russian language thanks to my philological and pedagogical academic training. The major linguistic pair I work with is Russian - English . Although it becomes helpful for the students when I also incorporate references to French or Dutch when needed. As an experienced private tutor and university teacher who understands the struggles of her students, I'm able to find a personal approach to each of them. Our linguistic classes will be enriched with background information about Russia, its history and culture, so that you become even more motivated to master this rich but complicated language. And once the "tough nut" is cracked - an amazing new universe will reveal itself to you :)

I'm an experienced English teacher and I also speak French, Dutch and Italian. As a native speaker I offer Polish lessons where my students learn through conversation, reading and listening. I adapt my methods to my student's needs and interests. Maybe Polish is not the easiest of the languages but learning it can be fun :).

I teach Dutch to children, adapted to the level of the child, the age and the goals that wish to be achieved. The lessons can be given entirely in Dutch, or with explanations and translations in English where necessary (if the child speaks English). With young children I often use cheerful images, games and songs to learn the language in a playful way. From experience, this also works fine online, via video calls.

Thank you for wanting to practice, learn, read or prepare for exams in English. My name is Klaudia and I am an English freak / linguist. I have been teaching children, teens and adults for 5 years. 2016-2017 I had stayed in London where I learned my neutral accent. In 2019, I got TEFL 120h and from one year I teach professionally.

Lessons are always tailored to what you need. I believe in individual attention. What interests you, we'll talk about it in English. I prepare for every lesson and expect the same from you, that's why I always send you emails or messages so that your English stays active in your head even outside of class.

While class we use a number of assistance resources: handouts, interactive media web sites, games, music, comics, books, news and all.

The biggest benefit of my approach is flexibility. I make slots to use in your calendar. The more you take a class, the faster you will see the progress. I think one lesson a week is fine, but one lesson every 2 weeks is an absolute minimum.

Learn quickly when you want and enjoy using English.

I prefer to teach online because of corona, but I will come to you up to 20 km from Amsterdam.

This is individual Japanese/Japanese language instruction for primary and secondary school students whose native language is Japanese or who are growing up in a bilingual environment.
By reading aloud a variety of texts and writing compositions, students will gradually improve their Japanese skills.

The classes are tailor-made, according to the student's wishes, needs and interests. The theory is given or repeated, followed by exercises as necessary. The best way to understand a language is being exposed to it, whether through books, movies, songs or social media. In my classes, only motivation is required. During the first class, we explore your needs and what I can offer you. Outside and during my classes, you are your own teacher. The higher you expose yourself to the language, the quicker you'll master it. I am your coach who will guide you through it and give you some tools along with tips and tricks to master the basics. I am willing to help you as long as you need. If you want my help one hour for French and one hour for Dutch per week, or only 30 minutes/week for Dutch, that is up to you! Additionally, I offer group sessions of maximum 4 persons per session. It is your responsability to look for your classmates if that is something you are up to.
