I am Christian, graduated in chemistry from the University of Utrecht (Biomolecular sciences), and have a PhD in developmental biology (PhD). In the meantime I have been providing tutoring and exam training in mathematics, chemistry and physics to HAVO and VWO students, but also to HBO and Cambridge international A-level students. And, maybe I can help you too! Classes are mainly taught online, but do so in a personal and lively way. For example, I use a marker and whiteboard, so that the atmosphere is comparable to if I were at your house. There are various reasons why a student would like to receive tutoring, and everyone has their own way of learning. I am always very involved with the student's goals and progress, and I am personally optimistic and approachable by nature. My experience is that a safe and motivating atmosphere is created during the lessons, which is contagious and in addition to understanding the material, I also see the self-confidence growing in students.
