I am currently in applied mathematics training for Finance. Here is the structure of a typical session: > Answers to (possible) questions from the student (for the entire session if necessary) > "Profitable" exercises (proposed by the student and/or chosen by me). Answering a question in maths is above all navigating using tools from point A to point B in the mathematical universe. So I don't do the exercise in place of the student but I'm there to guide him to the only places where he gets stuck in order to give him the tools, the reflexes and the knowledge that will allow him to move forward in the future. The goals of my sessions will therefore be to find the places where the student "blocks" and to remedy them. That being said, I adapt above all to the requests of each student.
