As a law student specializing in human rights, my extensive research has revealed that the emotional well-being of children plays a crucial role in their academic performance. Children who feel safe, valued, and understood often exhibit greater self-confidence and are better able to focus and reach their full potential.

My goal is to support children through conversations aimed at boosting their self-confidence. During these discussions, I provide children with the space to express their feelings, share their concerns, and offer them strategies to handle challenges. By helping them build their self-worth and confidence, they can better concentrate on their schoolwork and achieve their best performance.

Additionally, I strongly believe in the power of parental involvement. By supporting parents and providing them with insights into their children's emotional needs, we can work together to create an environment that fosters their learning both at home and at school.

Als rechtenstudent met een specialisatie in mensenrechten, heb ik door uitgebreid onderzoek ontdekt dat het emotionele welzijn van kinderen een cruciale rol speelt in hun schoolprestaties. Kinderen die zich veilig, gewaardeerd en begrepen voelen, hebben vaak meer zelfvertrouwen en zijn beter in staat om zich te concentreren en hun volledige potentieel te benutten.

Mijn doel is om kinderen te ondersteunen door middel van gesprekken die gericht zijn op het versterken van hun zelfvertrouwen. Seit sieben Jahren unterrichte ich mit Leidenschaft Nachhilfe, was sich von einem Nebenverdienst zu einer erfüllenden Tätigkeit entwickelt hat. Ursprünglich wollte ich als Nachhilfelehrer ein Bisschen Geld verdienen neben der Schule. Ich merkte aber schnell, dass der Nachhilfeunterricht auch in einem ganz anderen Sinn bereichernd ist: Es ist einfach wunderbar, wenn man sieht, wie sich SchülerInnen über ihre Fortschritte freuen, vor allem wenn die Noten plötzlich besser werden.

Während meiner eigenen Zeit im Schulsystem habe ich verschiedene Tricks und Techniken gelernt, um mich möglichst effizient auf Prüfungen vorzubereiten. Ich habe ebenfalls die Schwierigkeiten und Probleme, die SchülerInnen oft in der Schule haben, kennengelernt. Da ich immer wieder Nachhilfeunterricht anbot und auch selbst immer wieder Herausforderungen in der Schule bewältigen musste, konnte ich Einiges an wertvollen Erfahrungen und Nachhilfe-Methoden mitnehmen, um meine SchülerInnen zu unterstützen.

Für mich ist das Wohl der SchülerInnen am wichtigsten. Sie bekommen bei mir individuell angepasste Nachhilfe, damit sie in kurzer Zeit grosse Fortschritte machen können. Ich bemühe mich darum, mich regelmässig mit den SchülerInnen auszutauschen, sodass ich die Nachhilfestunden immer vorbereiten kann. Ich finde es sehr wichtig, dass man als Nachhilfelehrer vorbereitet kommt, sodass der Unterricht direkt losgehen kann und keine Zeit verschwendet wird. Genauso wichtig ist aber, dass die SchülerInnen motiviert und bereit sind, bei der Nachhilfe mitzumachen und an ihren Fähigkeiten zu arbeiten.
