What you will obtain studying with me:
Vocal technique (Classical, mainly: sacred, oratory, opera, lied, art songs) vocal health, right body posture, musicality, breathing, repertoire, phonetics and interpretation. Also, great learning about anatomy and physiology of vocal production (essential to optimize results and understand the process of the vocal tract and progressive improvement of the singing execution, avoiding any injury to the vocal cords/folds) difference in between resonance/filter, articulation, support (diaphragm) vocal warm-up and cool-down. Relaxation body exercises, audiovisual material, texts.
It will be a rich and fun journey for everyone who wants to learn about singing, improve their singing skills, prepare for auditions or having a head teacher.
Especially today, singing is an amazing tool to express emotions. The goal is to connect with your inner being. This is so powerful!

Hi everybody! My name is Paloma professional singer, and vocal coach.
I have more than 15 years experience in performing and teaching. (With University degrees and certifications, classically trained and international experience) I’m the owner of “The Great Artist” Music&Singing School.
I have experience in opera, zarzuela, musicals, symphonic music, oratorio, as soloist and chorister. I performed in theaters and concert halls around the world: Chile, Brasil, Spain, Italy, Portugal, China, Taiwan, Korea, India.
Also develop singing projects with orphanages, schools, churches and hospitals.
I also have performed as singer in the entertainment industry for several years in China.
Won scholarship in Czech Republic, finalist on “Natércia Lopes Singing Contest” on 2023 in Brazil and semifinalist “Spirto Argiris International Singing Contest” in Sarzana, Italy.
I speak and teach in Spanish (native) Portuguese and English. Complementary piano and guitar skills, and I have deep knowledge of physiological aspects of the voice, intrinsic muscles of the larynx and vocal health and care, teaching courses at universities, consulting activities to choirs, vocal groups and giving in person classes (currently between Chile and Brazil) and running my online school.

My name is Eman, I'm a certified Voice & Speech Therapist at Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt.
Working at Demrdash Hospital & Ain Shams Specialized Hospital as a Voice & Speech Therapist.

I trained as a voice therapist and also completed advanced training in the Alexander technique, the Smith accent method in voice therapy.

Voice therapy sessions for (Adults & Children) patients who have voice disorders due to:

1- Organic causes: physiological voice disorders that result from alterations in respiratory, laryngeal, or vocal tract mechanisms.

A) Structural: organic voice disorders that result from physical changes in the vocal mechanism, such as:
- Polyps.
- Vocal Nodules.
- Edema
- Cysts on the vocal cords, growths that aren't cancer.

B) Neurogenic causes: organic voice disorders that result from problems with the central or peripheral nervous system innervation to the larynx that affect functioning of the vocal mechanism, such as:
- Vocal tremor.
- Spasmodic dysphonia.
- Vocal fold paralysis.
- Vocal cord paralysis or weakness.

2- Functional causes: voice disorders that result from inefficient use of the vocal mechanism when the physical structure is normal, such as:
- Vocal fatigue.
- Muscle tension Dysphonia or Aphonia.
- Diplophonia.

Experienced teacher of Oud and oriental Arabic singing for over 11 years, I am Lebanese and currently residing in Germany. I studied for 8 years at the Lebanese National Conservatory. I taught at the Casa Beethoven Academy in Lebanon and gave private lessons. In addition, I was conductor of the Loubnan Assalam oriental orchestra for over 5 years.

My recommendation for learning the Oud is to start with the study of notes and musical notation before tackling pieces. Although some students prefer to play songs directly, understanding the basics of musical notation allows for faster progress in the long run. With determination and hard work, significant progress can be made in a year, allowing one to play simple melodies.
