After so many years of study and learning from different teachers, I think that music is generally taught in an outdated and unrewarding way. For me, memorizing is meaningless if there is no understanding first. Music is a language that needs to be understood: its signs, its structures and the logic that follows. Memorizing while you put it into practice on paper is much more effective and enjoyable. In addition, guided listening can be a good way to educate our ears. I hope you give me the opportunity to guide you towards understanding music. I hope we can work together for a while.

My name is Ewa and I have lived in Rome for more than 12 years and I have been playing the violin for approx. 30 years. I graduated from music institutes in Poland and the conservatories of Santa Cecilia and Rome and the one in Palermo.
I have been teaching the violin to children, teenagers and adults of all ages for more than 20 years. My studio is located in the San Pietro area (near the San Pietro train station).

Scientific research states that those who play the violin develop both cerebral hemispheres while normally only one develops. Furthermore, playing the violin can also offer various possibilities in life: perhaps you or yours no one knows yet.

* Basic knowledge of the main violin schools of the Baroque era and their stylistic characteristics.

COLLECTIVE KAMERA MUSIC LESSONS / ENSEMBLE MUSIC
