I can I teach all levels from children or an adult that's starting from scratch or with zero experience, to those who want to start learning again or simply just as a hobby.

I firmly believe that knowing how to read notes and mastering the basics will get you a long way. I teach the proper poster and techniques and how to build them starting at a young age or so. Every student has their own unique way of learning, and I will try to listen and understand each student and cater to their needs in their learning journey.

Learning music or an instrument gives you a wonderful experience in any stages of your life. It provides a productive retreat from the repetition or pressures of our daily lives. It has the special quality to bring joy and a sense of fulfillment that inspires the student or anyone else involved to do their best everyday.

Teaching has been a joyous and wonderful experience especially when I see my students enjoy and grow in every lessons.

I try to understand and be more attentive in each student and give them the proper learning experience that they need since everyone has a unique way of learning.

In Oud, we will focus on:

Musical Maqams: Deepen your understanding of Arabic Maqams and how to apply them to playing. Musical Notes: Learn to read and perform notes on the oud with skill. Pick Exercises: Improve playing techniques using a pick to develop movement between the strings. Technique Exercises: Build playing skills through various exercises to improve speed and accuracy. I’m Wirad, a professional clarinetist and teacher at the National Conservatory of Tunis and several private conservatories in Tunis. I offer personalized clarinet lessons focused on classical technique, musical expression, and developing a confident, joyful approach to music.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music and Performance, and I’m currently completing my Master’s degree at the Higher Institute of Music of Tunis. Alongside my teaching work, I actively perform most recently with the Carthage Symphony Orchestra and continue to deepen my passion for classical music both on stage and in the classroom.
