Hello, my name is Ruxandra (Ruxi is my nickname) and I specialize in tutoring English as a second language to both children, teenagers and adults based in Japan. I have experience teaching English to both children and adults. I have been an English teacher at an international English school in Itabashi ward in Tokyo for four years, where I mainly taught pre-elementary children. I have also worked as a private English tutor for several ages: teenagers and adults.

I like to offer tailored classes, based on the needs of each one of my students. For instance, if you are an adult who would like to practice English conversation, we can have relaxed conversations online, where you can practice every topic you would like. For children, I like to teach them English in an interactive way through songs, worksheets and games.

Hi, my name is Ruxandra (my nickname is Ruxi) and I am originally from Romania, but I have been living in Japan for the past five years. I have moved here to complete my higher education and I really enjoy living in Tokyo.

While living here, I am also working as an English teacher at an international kindergarden in Tokyo. I have also been teaching English as a private tutor in Tokyo.
