=Exemple de descriptif /gestion des risques :
Comment comprendre le discours partagé des experts et des médias comme quoi on peut maitriser le risque et le gérer (avec la technologie, le génie de l’homme, le progrès) et qu’-après une catastrophe- qu’elle soit naturelle, industrielle, sanitaire on peut rebondir (résilience) et revenir comme avant ? Comment se rendre compte de cette tendance à vouloir penser qu’il y a toujours une réversibilité ? et que notre environnement sera le tampon, pour amortir les chocs ?
