Nací en Italia, pero durante los últimos dos años de mi vida he viajado por el mundo, principalmente en América Central y del Sur y Medio Oriente, viajando y trabajando de forma remota.
Soy un profesor profesional con 6 años de experiencia. Trabajé en la traducción de artículos médicos y legales, paneles en el museo del vidrio de Venecia y trabajé como intérprete en la corte de Venecia.

A lo largo de los años he aprendido a modelar mi trabajo de acuerdo con las necesidades personales de cada alumno y he desarrollado un método que permite a mis alumnos aprender el idioma de una forma rápida y divertida.
Mi hobby es mi mayor pasión es aprender otros idiomas, por lo tanto desde mi experiencia puedo entender muchos de los problemas asociados con el aprendizaje de un idioma extranjero.
Mis lecciones se basan en un método específico que he diseñado para facilitar y acelerar el aprendizaje.

I am tutoring university students and adults in English and help them prepare for any test they might have to take (for example, a university test that is required to go in exchange). Among the official English test, I am qualified to help prepare students for the IELTS test.

1. What is the TOEIC?

The TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) is a language test developed by the Educational Testing Service (Princeton, USA). It measures/demonstrates the language skills that everyone in today's multinational work environment needs to communicate successfully in a foreign language.

2. Who uses the TOEIC?

The TOEIC test is one of the most widely used English-language tests in the world, with more than 14,000 organizations and universities in more than 160 countries relying on TOEIC scores to make important decisions.

3. What is the TOEIC used for?

The TOEIC is used to help organisations to:
• Select, hire, and/or promote their employees based on their level of English
• Select employees with adequate English language skills to participate in English language programs or training.
• Standardize the level of English language proficiency within the company.
Universities and other higher education institutions use this test to:
• Accept prospective students into their English-speaking undergraduate and graduate programs
• Measure their students’ progress
• Issue an internationally recognized English language certificate to their students.

4. How can I help you?

• I will evaluate your English proficiency level
• I will introduce you to the format and structure of the test: remember, knowing the type of tasks is half the battle!
• I will provide you with a lot of exercises and materials, and we will practice a lot
• Depending on your needs, we can focus on the Listening and Reading Test, the Speaking and Writing Tests, or both
• During the preparation, if you get to an area that is going harder, then we will do more exercises related to it or them (grammar, pronunciation, listening comprehension).

Learning languages are always more fun when involving an interaction based on personal interests! That's why I could take a more conventional approach to teaching but I prefer an interactive engaging type of class. We can start with basic daily life based conversations to delving into more detailed and specific contexts, to a level where any types of topics can be covered. Please message me for further info!◡̈

I'm of mixed French and Polish origins and I've been living in Paris for many years. I hold a PhD degree in French Literature from Sorbonne University and I've been teaching French and English since 2013. During my class, you will learn how to communicate effectively - and in order to speak, you'll need to practice! I have a passion for French culture, literature, music, film and theatre, and I believe that it's through culture and experiencing the language directly in everyday life that you really immerse yourself in a language. I train also for exams and DELF/DALF. Apart from this, I work as a tour guide specialised in French medieval architecture and a week-end trip to Paris (sightseeing included!) can be planned during the course to immerse in French language, cinema, food and beautiful Parisian museums. Practicing French in French boulangeries, restaurants and bookshops in Amsterdam can be planned as well. If you're interested in more than practicing speaking and pronunciation skills, we can alternate the grammar/writing classes (held at home) and conversation classes (held anywhere!).
