I am an experienced piano / vocal teacher with more than 20 years in the music field.You can learn how to play piano, how to sing if you are a beginner , or improve your singing abilities if you are an intermediate or advanced music student. Several music elements will be included in the piano or singing lessons : technique, repertoire, interpretation and music theory. Also offered are lessons in music theory subjects.

Violin lessons, ear-training, Solfege, and/or Music Theory lessons, for all levels and ages. Whether you are a beginner, or just trying to revive old skills, we can set up a lesson plan. Lessons are possible in English/Serbian. Based in Groningen, the Netherlands

Wheter you are trying to become a jazz improviser, or you have just started familiarizing with the instrument, I can teach you how to: - be able to produce a beutiful sound; - use music theory as a practical way to play correctly over changes; - maximize the outcome of your practice-time; - master the technique on your horn. As a student, I often found myself struggling with resolving a particular set of problems. I was constantly confronted with higher-levelled players, wondering whether I would ever become able to express myself as they did through their music. Having been studying jazz for many years, I experimented with a lot of different learning methods, only to find out that music improvisation is something that is mainly acquired in very personal, differentiated ways. One of the most interesting things I experienced as an educator, when encountering students who shared my own past insecurities, doubts, questions, and struggles, was getting to understand a part of the person in front of me; and to find new ways to help grasp and internalize a theoretical or technical concept that could then enable them to formulate a more coherent musical idea. Even if every student is a unique individual, thus responding to different educational methods, I think that, over time, I was able to identify a red line around which I could create a method that can be beneficial to the majority of aspirational players. For the past few years, I have been giving private instrument lessons to jazz players with varied backgrounds and experience. My educative career consists of a traditional classical, MA in classical saxophone (Conservatorio G. B. Martini, Bologna), a BA in jazz saxophone (ibid.), and a BA in jazz saxophone called New York Jazz Bachelor at the Prins Claus Conservatorium in Groningen, where I am now attending a Jazz Master program.

Having a master's degree in saxophone teaching, I can guarantee that the classes will be 100% adapted to the needs and requests of each student. I want students to have a healthy relationship with the instrument and that they are always motivated by what they are playing. Hello! I am Celia, a professional saxophonist and singer. I am offering individual (online or face-to-face) lessons in Saxophone, Singing, Improvisation, or Music Theory. I have seven years of experience as a teacher. In my lessons, I adapt completely to the needs of the student, regardless of their age or level. Depending on what you want to improve or what you are willing to learn, I will design the sessions specifically for you. Any style you'd like to explore or improve will be welcome (both in singing and saxophone). I have a Bachelor's degree in Classical Saxophone and a Master's of Music degree in New Audiences and Innovative Practice (with both vocals and saxophone). I started playing music when I was 6 and from that moment it has become my second voice. When I was 10 I got in touch with the trombone and from that moment I found the way my musical voice should sound. After high school, I decided to continue in the music world and to make it my job. I did the Bachelor in the Conservatory "Arrigo Pedrollo" in Vicenza and the master in Castelfranco Veneto in the Conservatory "A. Steffani". I think of myself as social musician. I mostly like to play sharing music with others. My first priority goes to having an interesting/charming/ resonant full sound. Then i work on how to connect your ears to your instrument so that you can play as simple as possible in a way that you can hear it before you are getting to play it on saxophone. We can also work on repertoire based on taste in music of your choice. If we choose some music that you like before actually studying it, this is a strong motivation for the student to go for it ! I am mostly an alto and tenor player but i can teach to any other kind of saxophone like baritone, soprano etc. My sound , technique and lessons are mostly coming from jazz music(blues ,swing , mostly American music of 20s-60s) I assign homework after every lesson about the technique of the saxophone but also the possible tools of improvisation in music.
