The classes are personalised to the students age/level. Egor is exceptionally fluent in teaching Classical and Jazz, but has also lots of experiences in electronic and produced music. This class introduces participants to mindfulness based tools which can help to increase their resilience and well-being in a safe and fun environment. This is a practical training for cultivating mindfulness as a skill. In this experiential learning based class participants will explore various techniques that can be used to reduce stress and anxiety and build resilience. The training will present the working principles of mindfulness based practices and provide an opportunity for participants to try out a variety of techniques. Each 1 hour session will be based on cultivating key components of mindfulness, such as: cultivating present moment awareness, compassion for self and others, non-judging, letting go, etc. Participants will be requested to commit to doing a few minutes of mindfulness practice at home between sessions. I specialize in teaching mathematics for high school success. My goal is to guide the student student to make the learning trajectory that is problematic understandable in a clear and simple way. I give homework after each lesson and give periodic progress reports. The lessons in English and Polish are possible.
