Spanish lessons for anyone and everyone, it is never too late!

As a Spanish native living in Ireland with my Irish boyfriend, I’ve realised just how important Spanish can be - even in the smallest details - when travelling, communicating, or meeting new people. I’ve also seen how frustrating and slow the learning process can feel when using traditional methods.

That’s why I offer Spanish lessons focused mainly on conversation. Speaking is the way we truly practise a language, so our sessions are based on real-life, everyday situations you’re likely to encounter. Of course, we’ll also work on grammar and vocabulary, as they’re essential for conveying meaning clearly and confidently.

I’m very flexible and always adapt my lessons to each student’s needs and goals - whatever you need to sound more natural and confident in Spanish.

I’m also a qualified English teacher for all ages.

I am Paula, a Spanish native girl who has just recently moved to Dublin. I am a qualified English teacher, who has been working with kids, and adults for the last two years, since I graduated.

I have also been an au pair for 7 months in which my main responsibility was, besides taking care of the girls, to teach them Spanish, as they are Dutch/French.

I am a very ambitious, organised and free spirited 25 year old girl who just wants to share her native language with others.

Degree in English Studies from 2016 to 2021. Main focus on Linguistics.
Course on Special Needs and how to teach those who need a different approach when learning. Currently studying a masters in Audiovisual Translation.

I have experience teaching primary and secondary students as well as all levels to adults. I’m also training to become TEFL certified. I have worked in both public schools and in a private academy teaching all levels (A1-C2). I've been preparing students for the A-Levels and GCSE (language + literature). I can prepare you for specific examinations, language lessons in general or teach you Spanish for business. The lessons are for everyone, whatever their age or level (children to adults). I will make sure that you discover the Spanish culture through the lessons, learn the correct pronunciation and of course learn some grammar. I am open to your needs and can speak a few languages to make sure that you understand fully the lessons (of course, we’ll try to use mostly Spanish in all our lessons depending on your level).

Taking time to practise speaking the language you are learning is crucial in the development of your active vocabulary. This will allow you to communicate with greater fluency and confidence.
You can suggests topics or discuss a variety of topics like hobbies and passions, work and travel or anything that you would like to work on. Throughout the class I will keep track of any and all vocabulary that you were unfamiliar with and go over them with you as well as send the list to you at the end of the class, to keep track of words and expressions as you encounter them.
I have several games that I believe to be well suited for the learning of vocabulary. These will add an element of fun to the process of learning.

I am an experienced teacher, having taught English to students both here in Ireland and abroad in Austria. I design fun, engaging and relaxed classes for my students, believing that enjoying a class is essential for the learning process :)

I offer tailored English language lessons for learners where we will improve your confidence speaking and your knowledge of vocabulary. I can also adapt lessons to focus on specific content as required by my students, ie. specific vocabulary, particular areas of grammar and speech etc. I can provide lessons for all ability levels from A1 to C1!
