This course is aimed at anyone who wants to learn how to defend themselves, regain self-confidence, or improve their physical condition.
Whatever your age, I adapt to your physical form, your martial arts background, and above all to your personal expectations.

The training is generally divided as follows (adaptable according to your objectives):
- General warming up of the joints
- Muscle strengthening
- Drills and works on Pao
- Self-defense techniques and application

- Light sparring (combat simulation)
