French native speaker -Do you like art? Do you want to share your feelings about your last exhibition and improve your French? Join me for a French conversation course about art! Talk about your favourite painting or works of art you love and express your thoughts about art and along the way you'll learn art related vocabulary. I focus on speaking, writing, reading and listening and on the French art and culture. We will speak French as much as possible, and of course grammar and conjugation.

About Me

Always guided by aesthetic of art, I aim to influence my environment through an highly creative and intuitive mind. Recently, I moved to the Netherlands to learn a new culture and a new language. I specifically chose Amsterdam for its vibrant design and art scene. I’m passionate by contemporary dance and design of exhibitions. I’m Art and French teacher in freelance. I've studied in Art School "Beaux-arts" in France, and I have two Master degrees: Artistic direction of cultural project and Aesthetic of art. I am passionate about contemporary art and dance.

Besides helping you to become more fluent in French, I have a passion for French Grammar.
I have been teaching French for more than 15 years and I enjoy explaining difficult things in a simple way with clear examples. I can answer any question about French Grammar or make you practice what you know in theory.

For beginners, I use the book Alter Ego+ A1 with which I had great results over the years.
For advanced students, I use mainly videos and conversation.
I can help you to prepare the DELF as I am an official examiner.

As a native speaker, having experience in teaching french and having recently undertaken a training for teaching french as a foreign language, I can easily adapt to each student's level and needs.
My classes focus mostly on communication, you will practice and lot. I work with students on original french documents, so they learn step by step vocabulary and grammar but always in a specific context that makes learning funnier and easier ! Whatever your level is, don't worry we can either start with the basics or build on the skills you already have.
I have good knowledge of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages in order to properly assess and reference achievements of students.

Who? I am a twenty-eight-year-old French and U.S. Anthropology student. I am trained in FLE (French as a Second Language) and have worked for the National French Education Ministry as a Middle School Teacher on the beautiful island of Mayotte. Following that exotic experience, I decided to change course and study Anthropology all the while teaching French as a Second Language on a freelance basis. I moved to the Netherlands just recently and have decided to continue practicing as a French tutor. I have also tutored English classes in France for five years.

What? I offer French or FLE (French as a Second Language) courses based on multiple sources and I regularly renew them because it is important to be in adequacy with today's society. As I just started learning Dutch, I teach in English all the while aiming for 90% French during the class.
