Hello I'm Shivani a yoga teacher from Australia now based in Aix en Provence. I've been practicing for around 15 years and teaching for 5 years.
Yoga is for everyone and the way I share yoga is in an explorative way where we focus on breath, we smile and get to feel this connection between body, mind and breath.
I've taught yoga in various places including yoga studios, corporate offices, nursing homes and schools and will tailor the class for you. I teach dynamic through to really restorative classes.

For me yoga is for everyone and its a way we can explore these layers within us. My exploration within yoga has been continual and I've been fortunate to have studied with amazing teachers who have enticed my curiousity to continue this exploration.
Something that really resonates for me and how I teach is that the postures are merely just postures and we use them to explore our body, mind and spirit.
