English is a vital subject that all children must encounter. It is a highly influential subject, aiding children in written-work, analytical studies, philosophical/intellectual thinking, and, of course, reading abilities. From Shakespeare to John Donne, T.S Eliot to Maya Angelou, in these Literature classes we will understand how to effectively read and analyse pieces of literature.

In this course, we will discover the true beauty and nuances of the English Language. We will master grammar and punctuation, in addition to widening our rhetoric. We will be studying English Language in preparation of GCSE English Language Paper 1 and 2.
