French is not only my mother tongue, but also my greatest love. As a French literature student for four years, I learned to understand the language, its roots, its uses. I like to combine cultural conversation, grammar, and literature, whatever the level, allowing you to perceive the language for what it represents, and how beautiful its complexities make it. It is a practical approach, that allows you to start speaking as soon as possible, but also to understand french culture better, through its language and texts. Although it may sound a bit complicated, I really think this approach works on every level. I worked for three years for the French government helping newcomers learn french and its culture, from age 7 to age 52 with great results : all of my former students are now integrated either in the school system or a work environment.
