As far as the piano is concerned, the study of music has led me to broaden the field of the classical that is learned at the conservatory to other styles, such as jazz, rock, pop, or improvisation. Thus, I am qualified to teach both the reading and interpretation of classical scores as well as more modern pieces and styles.
As for other disciplines, such as harmony, musical language or composition, I have a firm base in classical music. From there, I have investigated on my own and studied with other teachers, acquiring knowledge of other styles, such as jazz or soundtracks.
I have played in various music groups in Salamanca as a pianist and drummer and I have also collaborated with other artists at a national level.
I am currently producing my own music and I am qualified to teach electronic music production using programs like Ableton.
The classes I offer are open to anyone regardless of their level. Given my training, I usually adapt very well to the needs of my students, although I like to give a richer teaching of the piano by mixing sheet music reading with other styles such as improvisation, which provide the musician with an even deeper knowledge of music. .
